Student and Faculty Research On Display at the 2024 Paul D. Lack Scholars Showcase
The 2024 Paul D. Lack Scholars Showcase was held on Friday, April 26 in the Rockland Banquet Hall. This year’s showcase featured student and faculty research presented through three breakout sessions and a poster session. Click through the photos below to view scenes from this year’s event.
The Paul D. Lack Scholars Showcase was initially conceptualized and founded by Dr. Heather Harris, Professor of Communication, and fully realized by a collaboration between Dr. Harris, Dr. Deric Greene, Professor of Communication, and a committee of dedicated faculty and staff along with support from Dr. Lack and the Office of Academic Affairs. First held in 2014, this annual event is an exciting venue for presenting student and faculty research, scholarship, and creative work.
The Lack Scholars Showcase offers a campus-wide stage to highlight the mentoring and personalized support that occurs at Stevenson. These relationships between faculty and students are a critical part of the academic experience at ¶ºÄÌÊÓƵ, and help set our students up for career success.
