Study Abroad Spotlight: South Korea
Stevenson students are traveling to South Korea this summer as part of History 211, Topics in History. From July 19-28, students will learn about Korean culture and history, while experiencing the country’s contemporary pop-culture. Before leaving, students will learn the basics of the Korean language to prepare for this full-immersion experience.
Once in Korea, students will be visiting the cities of Seoul, Busan, and Gyeongju. In each, they’ll tour museums, enjoy bustling night life, visit historic temples and palaces, and, of course, taste delicious Korean food.
Students will earn 3 credits for this course. To learn more about this and other study abroad programs offered at Stevenson, click here.
