The Rollins-Luetkemeyer Scholars Program for Middle-Income Students

Increasing College Affordability for Middle-Income Students and Families

Recognizing the need to address the college affordability gap for middle-income students and families, the Rollins-Luetkemeyer Foundation, Inc., initially pledged $250,000 in matching funds to support Stevenson’s fundraising for the scholarship program. Stevenson met this initial goal, and the Rollins-Luetkemeyer Scholars program provided scholarships to 50 incoming students in Fall 2023.  The generosity of our alumni, friends, and supporters continued in 2024, raising $274,000 that was generously matched by the Rollins-Luetkemeyer Foundation to provide more than 50 scholarships to Fall 2024 incoming students. Given this outpouring of support, the Foundation has generously committed to continuing their support and pledge matching for the 2024-2025 academic year.

The Rollins-Luetkemeyer Scholars Program for Middle-Income Students provides incoming Stevenson students with a $2,500 scholarship for each of their four years, for a total of $10,000. Students with a high school GPA of 3.0 or higher and whose families earn between $75,000 and $175,000 per year are eligible for the scholarship.

We are excited by this expanded opportunity to support educational opportunities for middle-income students and welcome the partnership of our alumni and friends in supporting the Rollins-Luetkemeyer Scholars program.
